One of the ways of starting Transformational Breath(R) journey is joining one of hour workshops.
Half day workshops last around three hours and it includes, information about Transformational Breath(R)’ breath analysis and an hour of breathing session.
Full day workshops are for 6 hours, include two full sessions and more detailed information, as well as meditation. Also some practical mindfulness and breathing exercises could be added on.
During the sessions, it’s possible to have some physical, mental/emotional and spiritual transformations.
We advise at least 5 session to our clients to reach comfortable full breathing pattern. These could be taken as one on one or group sessions.
After every session, our issues, negative thoughts, and worries that has been stored in our subconscious start healing in a safe and lasting way.
We suggest clients wear comfortable clothes as tracksuits.
