The first meeting depending on the introductory chat lasts around an hour and a half.  We start with setting an intention and continue with an hour of Transformational Breath(R).  First 45 minutes of the session we make sure client has open mouthed connected breath to their belly as well as applying body mapping, toning, movement and affirmations. Last 15 minute is for client to connect to herself/himself while relaxing.

During the sessions, it’s possible to have some physical, mental/emotional and spiritual transformations.

We advise at least 5 session to our clients to reach comfortable full breathing pattern. These could be taken as one on one or group sessions.

After every session, our issues, negative thoughts, and worries that has been stored in our subconscious start healing in a safe and lasting way.

We suggest clients wear comfortable clothes as tracksuits.

BREATH IS THE SIMPLEST AND THE MOST POWERFUL SOURCE OF HEALING!
